Two Ball Catch
Who: All players
How: Two balls passed back and forth, as quickly as possible, to the same side. Game can be played as competition of completing consecutive number of passes, or to get two balls on the other player.
Why: this is a hand preparation drill. Each pass is performed (at speed) by setting hands in the 1 position quickly and efficiently. This is meant to simulate our shooting motion.
Workout: Use as warm up with other player. Complete 100-200 reps with each hand, or play competition against the other.
