Who: All Players
How: Start with ball with the One Move, fingers wide (link to railroad fingers image). All the weight on your pivot foot and complete 1, 2 stop and jump stops all the way around the three point line.
Why: To work on pushing off of back foot, dribbling ball and foot at the same time and hand preparation. Focus on moving and landing on balance in ready position both off 1, 2 stop and jump stops.
Workout: Complete full cycle with each focus fundamental. For example, go around the arc (there and back) doing 1, 2 stops, then complete a full cycle with jump stops. After player gets comfortable with the movement, player can incorporate jump shots as well.
