Shooting the Line
Who: All players
How: Choose any line. Straddle the line and go through shooting motion (1, 2, Through) shooting ball up to basket height. Make the ball fly as your shot would (shoot it normally) fly and land on the line.
Why: Goal #1 is to shoot the ball straight. This drill is a great way to reinforce this ability.
Workout: Complete 5 consecutive reps without failure.
