The Roll Up Drill
Who: All players
How: Place ball at hip pocket with shooting forearm over ball, arm straight. Roll forearm over ball bringing elbow behind the ball into 1 position. Continuously raise the ball while rolling up to release point while keeping ball in contact with body. Smoothly raise to and through the release of the shot.
Why: Building connection and sequence is incredibly important in any of the shooting motions. Roll ups are a great way to build both.
Workout: Warm up and finish each workout with 1 min each day.
