Who: All Players
How: Start with ball in shooting hand with off hand on side of the ball. Wrist is loaded (this is the 1 move), fingers wide (link to railroad fingers image). Move the ball up to beginning of release as close to your body as possible with the elbow and wrist loaded, without moving body. Once ball is at release point, whole body goes through the release and ball is let go before peak of jump.
Why: To build muscle memory for our Momentum Shot
Workout: Warm up each day with 10 focused reps and complete 10 reps at the end of the day as well.
