Dribble Hop Shot
Who: All Players after completion of Momentum Shot
How: Stand at the free throw line. Posture up. Dribble with the left hand and right foot (or vice versa). Ball and foot at the same time while making a jump stop. Ball is in both hands before feet hit the ground. Shoot!
Why: This drill is introduces how we dribble the ball when going to shoot. We establish hands on ball before our feet touch the floor.
Workout: Five shots with left hand dribble, five with right hand dribble.
